上诉失败！罗比尼奥罪行未从“残暴”降为“普通”，9年刑期不变

 体育资讯09月11日报道 据巴西媒体Portal Leo Dias报道，巴西法院近日驳回了罗比尼奥的减刑上诉。 罗比尼奥因2013年在意大利一家夜总会参与轮奸一名妇女被判九年监禁，由于巴西法律不允许引渡本国公民，因此意大利方面寻求让罗比尼奥在巴西国内服刑，球员于今年3月正式入狱服刑。 今年7月，罗比尼奥第一次申请减刑，但被法院驳回。随后罗比尼奥的辩方提出上诉，请求将罗比尼奥的犯罪等级由“残暴”降级为“普通”，从而达到减轻刑罚的目的。目前这一上诉再次被当地法院驳回，罗比尼奥的刑期维持9年不变。 |
