 中国恒大发布公告，确认因清盘人未觅得重组方案，公司股份将继续停牌直至另行通知。 公告中写道，公司清盘人自委任以来专注于调查公司业务及事务，并采取措施维护及变现集团资产。尽管已从公司资产中回收少量价值，但公司流动性和内部资源有限，债务水平高，缺乏重大新投资，目前尚未找到可满足复牌指引并恢复股份买卖的重组方案。公司股份自2024年1月29日起暂停买卖，将继续停牌直至另行通知。
